Ben joined the RFBC staff in May of 2021 as Student/Worship Pastor. He is married to Catlyn and they have a very spoiled lab named Tex. Ben has a passion for teaching students the truth of Scripture and leading God's people in worship through music. Ben is a avid Razorback fan and enjoys the outdoors.

I gave my life to Christ in September of 1979 and have been working hard to serve Him ever since. I am a member of the praise team and I have been the financial secretary since 2012.

I am married to Jamie Diddle. We have been married since November 16, 2006. We have 3 kids, Alyssa, Abby, and Kanaan, and 2 beautiful granddaughters Kayley and Paisley, and a grandson Colton.
When I was 8 years old, I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal savior during a Wednesday night service at Camp McClanahan in Kennett, Mo. For many years I have served in ministry in several different ways, but now I am currently the children's director.
